Terms of use

ticketsware is an information service. We list live events and the prices at which third parties are advertising tickets for them, and we link you to those third parties.

We do not:

• sell, supply, allocate or hold tickets;
• take payment, or handle any part of a transaction;
• act as agent for you or for any marketplace, venue, promoter or performer;
• guarantee that any ticket, price or seat is available.

Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the marketplace you buy from, on their terms. We are not a party to it.

Prices shown here are derived from data published by third parties and are estimates as at the time we last retrieved them, which is stated next to each one. They typically exclude the service, fulfilment and processing fees a marketplace applies at its own checkout, and taxes.

Inventory moves constantly, and the cheapest listing is the one most likely to sell first. A price may therefore be unavailable or different by the time you reach the seller. The price that binds is the one shown to you by the marketplace at the point of payment.

We take reasonable care over accuracy but do not warrant that any listing, price, date, time, venue or availability is correct, current or complete.

Outbound links to marketplaces are affiliate links. If you buy after following one, we may receive a commission from that marketplace. This costs you nothing and does not change the price you are quoted.

Commission does not influence ordering or prominence on this site: dates are ordered by price and by date. See how this site works.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades the service, or systematically extract listings or prices for republication;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any account;
• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or bypass any restriction;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Ordinary use by search engines and answer engines within our robots.txt is welcome and is not caught by the above.

The design, code, text and arrangement of this site belong to us or our licensors. Event names, venue names, performer names and marketplace names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify what is being described. Nothing here implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any of them beyond the affiliate relationships disclosed above.

We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, policies, fees, security or the way they handle your data. Read their terms and privacy policy before buying.

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from any transaction with a third party, or from a ticket, event or seller failing to meet your expectations.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version governs your use of the site.
