This fast-paced musical comedy follows Monty Navarro, a penniless clerk who discovers he is ninth in line to inherit the earldom of Highhurst. The obstacles ahead of him are the eight pesky relatives who stand in his way, all played by a single, hard-working actor. Based on the novel Israel Rank by Roy Horniman, the show features a Edwardian-style score by Steven Lutvak and Robert L. Freedman.
